Bruster’s Ice Cream

All disciplines including surveying, land planning, landscape architecture and civil engineering worked together on this challenging, small 1.5 acre site. 

Program elements included an 1,100 square foot store with drive-thru, 28 parking spaces, loading area and picnic provisions.  The project overcame several zoning issues due to parking and building setbacks as well as the allowance of the drive-thru facility.
