Improvements to this existing 105,000 square foot building included the reconfiguration and expansion of the parking lot to allow for additional parking spaces as well as the removal of an existing loading area. During the approval process, we worked closely with the client and Township engineer to provide appropriate stormwater management facilities for the existing and proposed parking lot.
The result was an upgraded one and two-story Class A+ office complex in suburban Philadelphia that offers multiple tenanting options.
