About InFocus Planning

InFocus Planning is a sole-proprietor, WBE (Woman Business Enterprise) that provides land development consulting services to associated disciplines.  Founded in late 2008 by Rachel Sclan Vahey, a Landscape Architect licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey; InFocus Planning partners with Engineers, Land Planners, Architects, Developers and other Landscape Architects to provide ‘Effective & Efficient’ solutions to client’s needs. 

InFocus Planning is a certified DBE by PAUCP (Pennsylvania Unified Certification Program) and a certified WBE by the City of Philadelphia.  Additionally, InFocus Planning possesses knowledge of LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
